☆声明☆解雇された農業労働者を支持し、その組合であるCSAAWUを存続させる闘いに連帯する

南アフリカでは、非正規化が進み人種差別にさらされる中、ストライキを決行した農業労働者が数百人解雇されている。
労働裁判所は農業労働者のストライキを支持した組合を無責任といい放ち、不当判決をくだした。
この農業労働者を組織する組合であるCSAAWUは、今回の裁判費用600,000ランド(644万円程）の負担を強いられる。この経済的負担は、当組合を実質解散に追い込むものであり、非正規化で利益をたくわえている雇用主に対する抗議の力を潰すものにほかならない。
不安的な状況にさらされ、一般的な労働組合で取り組みが難しい案件を抱えるフリーター全般労組はこれを他人事と考えない。労働組合と出会い自らの手でストライキに踏み切った農業労働者らを支持し、その組合を存続する闘いに連帯する。

Satement:We support dismissed farmworkers,Solidarity to the fight to keep its union CSAAWU open!

In South Africa,farm workers facing casualization and racism has been dismissed after going on strike.
The Labour Court called the union irresponsible for supporting the farmworkers' strike,and the judgement was unjust.

CSAAWU,the union which organize the farmworkers is forced to pay R600 000 for cost orders.This financial burden will mean a threat to closure for CSAAWU.
Also,this is is an attempt to minimise the power to protest the empleyors who gain profit from casualization of work.

As an union organizing workers in unstable condition,who may not find unions to fight their cause with easily,this situation concerns us,too.
We support the farmworkers who went on strike by their own decisions.Solidarity with the fight to keep its union open!
